About Hack-it Psychology

Hack-it Psychology was founded by Dr Addy Hackett (DPsych, MSc, MSc), to address the needs of anyone who has concerns about their psychological wellbeing with regards to their mental health, work-place functioning or academic functioning. We offer solution-focussed and client-centred psychological therapies for members of the public as well as private and public sector organisations.

Hack-it Psychology now offers mainly online services via TEAMS or other platform. Occasionally it will be possible to offer face-to-face sessions in HItchin. If you prefer to be seen in person, please contact me and we can discuss things further.
